Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy for EZG COLLECTIBLES.

Thank you for shopping with EZG COLLECTIBLES. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return your item for an exchange only for item(s) of equal value (see Exceptions for more information). Please review the details below.
Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- All products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels intact.
- A 5% restocking fee applies to all exchanged items.
Instructions
- Request an Exchange: Email us at support@ezgcollectibles.com to initiate an exchange with us.
- Prepare the Package: Once you reach out to us and we give you further shipping instructions, securely package the item in its original condition.
- Ship Your Exchange: We will provide you an address to where you may ship your exchange to.
Note: Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
After We Receive the Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange within 7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your exchange is processed.
Exceptions
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us to arrange for a refund or replacement. Photo proof will be required.
